Road Adventure Booking Policy
1. Reservations and Payment
- Reservation Process: Reservations for Road Adventure tours can be made through our official website or by contacting our dedicated reservations team. We advise that reservations be secured at least two months before the scheduled departure date.
- Tour Itineraries: We are delighted to offer two curated itineraries: the Andalusia Tour and the Catalonia Tour. Guests may select either or both experiences.
- Reservation Deposit: A non-refundable reservation deposit of €1,000.00 per party of two persons is required to confirm your booking and secure your chosen dates.
- Final Payment: The remaining balance is due and payable three weeks before the commencement of your Road Adventure.
- Confirmation of Reservation: Upon receipt of the reservation deposit, a formal confirmation will be issued by RA Holidays and our esteemed partners, Paradores Hotels.
- Payment Methods: For your convenience, payments can be processed securely through our website using PayPal, debit card, or credit card. Alternative payment arrangements can be facilitated by contacting our reservations team.
- Inclusions: Our comprehensive package, designed for two guests, includes: seven nights’ exclusive accommodation in a room with your choice of twin beds or a double bed; daily breakfast buffet and beverages for two; six days of à la carte lunch with beverages for two; seven evenings of à la carte dinner with beverages for two; and three admission tickets per guest to premier tourist attractions per your chosing.
- Exclusions: Please note that the package excludes airfare or transportation to and from Spain, at the beginning and conclusion of the tour. Personal transportation for the duration of the trip is not provided; guests are responsible for arranging their vehicle. Excursion participants need their own vehicles or must rent one for the entire trip.
- Invoice and Payment Documentation: A detailed invoice will be provided upon receipt of the final payment. Following the initial deposit, a payment confirmation and statement of outstanding balance will be furnished.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellation Policy: Cancellation terms are as specified at the time of booking. Kindly be advised that the initial reservation deposit is non-refundable. Partial refunds may be available for cancellations made within stipulated timeframes. Comprehensive refund details will be provided at the time of booking.
3. Amendments to Reservations
- Reservation Modifications: We endeavor to accommodate reservation modifications, subject to availability and prevailing conditions. Please be aware that amendment fees may apply.
- Guest Name Changes: Guest name changes can be accommodated at no additional charge.
4. Travel Assurance
- Travel Insurance Recommendation: For your peace of mind, comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for all participants.
5. Liability
- Limitation of Liability: Road Adventure shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury sustained during the tour.
6. Assumption of Risk
- Acknowledgement of Risk: Participants acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with adventure travel, including driving activities, and participate at their own volition and risk.
7. Supplementary Terms and Conditions
- Additional Provisions: Additional terms and conditions may apply and will be disclosed at the time of booking.
8. Late Payment Reminders
- Payment Reminder Protocol: An automated reminder will be dispatched via the RA App and email should the final payment not be received three weeks before the scheduled departure date.
By confirming a Road Adventure reservation, you acknowledge that you have perused and assented to this Booking Policy.
